Riga International Airport is connected to the airports of all European countries and various other nations. The airport is approximately 10 km away from the centre of Riga and 20 km away from the centre of Jurmala. 

Our neighbours (Lithuania and Estonia) also have international airports in Vilnius and Tallinn that are connected with all major European and world airports.

• Vilnius is about 290 km from Riga (three and a half hours by car).

• Tallinn is about 310 km from Riga (3 hours and 50 min by car).

Ecolines bus services can also be used to go to these countries.

Riga International Airport is about 20 min away from Jurmala by car or taxi.

The Jurmala Marathons will take place in the largest resort of the Baltic States – Jurmala. Jurmala is a unique resort with its white sand beach, pinewood, dunes, sea and fresh air. That is why the race is held in Jurmala having the start/finish line right in the heart of Jurmala, near the Dzintari Concert Hall, at Dzintaru prospekts 1.

From the centre of Riga Jurmala can be reached by public transport and train. The train trip from Riga to Jurmala will take about 30 minutes.
