Kristofers Rācenājs wins the fourth stage of Saaremaa Velotuur competition

A representative of Alpha Baltic/Unitymarathons.com Kristofers Rācenājs took the first place in the longest, fourth stage (162 km) of Saaremaa Velotuur competition today. Saaremaa Velotuur takes place in Estonia from June 12 until June 16.

The most important moments of the penultimate stage of Saaremaa Velotuur began approximately 40 km before the finish line, when a group of five participants broke ahead of the initial group. Kristofers Rācenājs from Alpha Baltic/ Unitymarathons.com was the first one to cross the finish line, leaving the participant from Estonia – Risto Raid from Rein Taaramäe Rattaklubi – in the second place; the third place was taken by the winner of the third stage Alo Jakin from the team Peloton 1.

The other team member of Alpha Baltic/Unitymarathons.com, Erki Pütsep took the fifth place today, but his fellow teammate Māris Bogdanovičs crossed the finish line the sixth.

The last stage of Saaremaa Velotuur competition will take place tomorrow.
